In recent years, we’ve seen entire congregations adapt their mentoring processes to hybrid formats, combining in-person meetings with ongoing follow-up via messaging and video. The challenge isn’t the tool itself, but rather maintaining the intentionality of the mentoring relationship.
Three Principles That Never Change
Regardless of the medium, three things remain essential: consistency, mutual vulnerability, and a focus on Scripture as the source of life. Technology only amplifies or dilutes these principles; it does not replace them.
